Getting excited about the Scaravelli-inspired teachers' intensive I have just booked for next May with Catherine Annis. I've also got a Satyananda yoga weekend booked for February
A great seven days of non-stop yoga learning! Feel so lucky to have had the opportunity to have been there for both courses : Yoga as Therapy Intensive and Psoas Advanced Training. Lots of new learning to assimilate :-)
Please note: there will be no classes during week commencing 7th October as i am away on a yoga course in London, studying with Doug Keller.
Delighted to be linking in with The Base Studios, Huddersfield's newest open dance house and performing arts studios, and offering Morning Rise Yoga, Wednesdays 7.45 - 8.45am and Lunchtime Yoga, Thursdays 12.30 - 1.30pm. Starting Wed 5th and Thurs 6th Sept. Can't wait :-)

9.45 for 10.00 start
10.00 - 11.30 asana / posture practice with short relaxation
11.30 - 11.55 refreshment break
11.55 - 12.50 an exploration of different pranayama [breathing] practices
12.50 - 1.50 lunch
1.50 - 2.45 discussion time*
2.45 - 3.00 refreshment break
3.00 - 4.00 short asana practise followed by long yoga nidra relaxation
