Delighted to announce the start of a new early evening Hatha yoga class at Edgerton - Thursdays 5.55 - 6.55. Places are filling fast, so get in touch if you'd like to join us!
I hope you have had a peaceful and relaxing Christmas and I'd like to send you my best wishes for 2012. All classes will re-start during the week of Monday 16th Jan to Friday 20th Jan, so I'm looking forward to seeing you all again very soon!
Many thanks to everyone for their patience while the class was paused. To fit in with the timetable at the Studio, the Hatha class at Edgerton will return on Thursdays, from 7.00 - 8.00pm. Look forward to seeing you there
All of my yoga classes are on their summer break at the moment. There are various re-start dates which those attending the different sessions know about. If you have dropped by the site and are interested in any particular class, drop me an email, and I'll let you have the details. I wish you summer light shining within you, even though it might not be shining outside of us at the moment! All best wishes, and see you all again soon
Many apologies that due to family circumstances I am temporarily suspending the Hatha class at Edgerton on Mondays. If you are interested in joining, then please get in touch, and I will let you know when we will re-start. With many thanks for your patience and understanding
absolutely delighted that I was successful in achieving the Mother & Baby Yoga qualification from Yoga Campus. Uma Dinsmore-Tuli is such an inspiring teacher, and I feel I definitely made the right decision to opt for a fully integrated Mother & Baby course - it just feels so right to be working together
yes, this time next week I'll be doing the final weekend of the Mother & Baby yoga course with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli. So no hatha class Friday 28th at Linthwaite or Mother & Baby at Edgerton.
A massive, massive thank you to all the wonderful mums and delightful babies who have willingly been guinea pigs over the last three months for my 'case study' training classes. Your trust and support is truly appreciated!
Delighted to say everything back to normal at the hall - so we now have fully functioning toilets and water again. Thank you to everyone for your patience (and strong pelvic floors) ;-)
I've spoken to the Village Hall about the water leak ... and unfortunately, no one from Kirklees has been out to see them yet. It looks as though it is going to be a lengthy problem.
So they have suggested that, as the hall itself is perfectly useable, so long as we accept the Health & Safety responsibility for there being no toilets or hand washing facilities, then we can use the hall for our yoga. The toilets do get used, but not often, so I think that is eminently deal-able with ... we'll all just have to remember to "go" before we set off!
Our first session back at Colne Valley Black Belt Academy will be Friday 7th January. See you then!
